Pipeline Definitions

New Lead = No contact attempted

Attempting Contact = Called, No response yet

Cold = 12 months or more until their next move

Warm = 2-12 months until their next move

Hot = 0-2 months until their next move

Active Clients = Signed Listing or Buyer doing Showings 

Pending = Buyer or Seller under contract 

Closed = Buyer or Seller has closed a deal with you

Dead Leads = DNC, Ph number or email address doesn't work 

Past Clients = Clients you closed with prior to Lofty
